• This is where we will meet to go over your plans and discuss what is important to you

• We will go over the entire process from front to back and go through any questions you may have

Mortgage Pre Approval

•Connecting you with a mortgage broker that is able to compare each lender in order to find you the best mortgage possible

•This will prevent multiple credit checks negatively impacting your credit score and allows you to see what each bank and credit union has to offer

Begin Your Search

•Once I know what you’re looking for I will setup a custom search for you which will allow me to update you each time a home is listed that matches what you’re looking for

•This saves you the time and effort of constantly having to check Realtor.ca for new listings and looking for what you want in the thousands of listings that are posted

Offers

•Negotiating the best possible offer for you in terms of both price and conditions to net you the most amount of money once the sale is complete

Finding The Home For You

•We will schedule appointments for private viewings of every home you would like to see in person

•Pictures and videos don’t always allow you to truly see the home. In person viewings are a crucial step in the process
